Montoya Smith is an Air Force veteran and community servant and sought-after consultant, moderator, and media personality. Montoya's journey has taken him from the halls of the United States Air Force Academy, where he earned his bachelor’s in legal studies, to the airwaves of Blog Talk Radio, always with a singular focus: igniting change through powerful dialogue and action. Montoya's military service laid the foundation for his future success. As an Air Force Supply Officer, he honed his logistical expertise and developed a keen eye for process improvement. This experience served him well as he transitioned into the private sector, earning his master's in Human Resources from Troy University.

As a consultant, Montoya is a master at crafting team-building activities that go beyond surface-level bonding. He designs immersive experiences that raise awareness of interpersonal issues, challenge assumptions, and bridge the gap between ideas and tangible action.
