Andre “6” Johnson

Andre grew up in a military family and retired from the United States Air Force as a colonel after almost three decades of distinguished service.  Throughout his illustrious career, he led multi-discipline complex organizations and provided program management and oversight for multi-million-dollar programs.  As a former group commander and three-time squadron commander, he built high-performing complex teams that succeeded in high-demand and high-stakes environments.  Additionally, he held leadership positions at the staff level leading strategic policy development, customer-facing and business development functions and logistics support at U.S. Indo-Pacific Command, the Department of the Air Force, and the Defense Logistics Agency.  He has obtained his Joint Service Officer qualification, a testament to his ability to collaborate across branches and functions.

As a respected leader and sought after consultant his expertise spans the domains of strategic leadership development, executive coaching, logistics, supply chain management, petroleum management, aviation management, sports management, strategic planning, requirements development, contract logistics support, programming, and budgeting execution, which has earned him the reputation of an impactful leader. 

Andre holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the United States Air Force Academy, a master’s degree in international relations from Troy University, and a master’s degree in leadership and counseling from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs.  He possesses Defense Acquisition certifications in Lifecyle Logistics and Program Management.  Additionally, he has a certificate in Business Logistics from the Keenan Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina and a certificate from the Center of Creative Leadership in Strategic Leadership.
